We are currently sold-out of all of our porfolio homes! 2010 is turning out to be a pretty good year for us at Laurel Brook Homes as we have been fortunate enough to sell everything we have started. We do, however, have available lots in multiple subdivisions. If you are in a situation which would allow you the time to build from gound up, we would love to talk to you. We are currently starting more porfolio homes, so please check back often to view those here.
Laurel Brook Homes' portfolio homes are available for quick closing timeframes. They are all either recently completed or soon to be completed homes. These homes have been tailored to meet a wide variety of homebuyer's needs. We work with an award winning custom decorator on each of our homes to ensure that we are providing the market with current styles and colors. We think she does a great job and we are sure you will too.
